How long does it take to kick in, and how long does it last?
More than you think. With gummies, the effect begins between 30 and 120 minutes, peaks at 2–3 hours, and can last 4 to 8 hours. With beverages, it's faster: 15–45 minutes to start and lasts 2–4 hours.
